Therapy with Madison

I believe that therapy is most impactful when it listens to both the mind’s story and the body’s wisdom. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on using cognitive behavioral strategies and somatic exercises. Working together, we will explore the thought patterns that contribute to beliefs about yourself while building a greater awareness of how emotions show up in the body. I have personally experienced the profound benefits of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, and I incorporate these practices into therapy sessions. My intention is to create space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move at a pace that feels realistic and supportive for you.

I am currently accepting clients. My fee is $115 per session, however I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available depending on financial need.

Beyond the therapy couch...

Madison spends her free time sewing and making clothes, playing guitar and connecting with nature. She is devoted to her yoga and meditation practices and she loves to travel. She is currently becoming fluent in Spanish!
