When the pressure of life feels heavy and your inner voice feels loud, therapy is a space where you are witnessed in your fullness and messiness, without shame or judgement.

Drawing on over a decade of experience supporting children and families, my approach involves integrating holistic practices with evidence-based strategies, including - CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD) Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system, building practical tools that help you to feel confident and empowered.

I am currently accepting clients. My fee is $115 per session, however I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available depending on financial need.

Therapy with Sarah

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a white top and black pants, sitting cross-legged on a cushion on a patterned area rug in a minimally decorated room with white walls. Behind her is a shelf with potted plants and candles.

A session with Sarah feels like…

anchoring into the present, where fear quiets and shame softens.

Beyond the therapy couch...

Sarah enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking. She is also a mom of two, which shapes her therapeutic approach and strengthens her appreciation for the many seasons and transitions in life.
